Return and Replacement Policy
Please record an unboxing video (complete 360-degree view) when you receive the package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting.
We offer a 2 days Return Policy for all products from the date of receipt of goods. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- 1. Damaged Product
- 2. Manufacturing Defect
- 3. Incorrect Product
Note: Return will be accepted only if an unboxing video is submitted as proof for the above cases.
- 1. Send an email to customercare@syonafans.com. Mail should contain order details and an unboxing video (complete 360-degree view). The unboxing video should be recorded in clear lighting.
- 2. Send a message on WhatsApp +91 75500 17330 with order details and an unboxing video.
We’re sorry but we can’t accept an exchange if you don’t have the video or the video you have is edited/paused.
The following policies are not applied to Sale items. All Sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Eligibility
- 1. In case, if you received an Incorrect product, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- 2. If the product is delivered defective or damaged, only the damaged part will be replaced. In that case please bring it to our notice immediately through Email customercare@syonafans.com or Contact us on: +91 75500 17330 (Helpline Number) within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- 3. Products should be unused.
- 4. Return will be accepted only if an unboxing video is submitted as proof for the above cases.
- 5. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
- 6. Invoice should be available.
Returning a Product
- 1. Customer needs to inform us through call/email within 2 days of receiving the product.
- 2. Product should be unused.
- 3. Invoice should be available.
- 4. We will raise a request for Reverse pickup and try to arrange it from our end. Once the pickup is arranged, our courier partner will collect the product within 2-3 business days
- 5. Customer needs to pack the product with Brand packing & paste the invoice on it.
- 6. Customer will hand over the product to the courier partner.
- 7. Once the pickup is done, product will be sent to us by the courier partner.
- 8. After receiving the product, quality check will be done over the product by our team, which takes around 2 days’ time.
- 9. If product is found defective by our team, we will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product.
Other Terms and Conditions
- 1. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- 2. Product Purchase under clearance sale will not be covered under Return policy.
- 3. Products sold as combo can’t be returned individually.
Refunds
- 1. Once the order gets cancelled/returned, amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.
- 2. Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – your refund will be processed within a week from the date of order confirmation If transaction is done through NEFT then customer need to share below mentioned details at our Email Id:
support@syonaroots.com from registered e-mail id.

- c. IFSC Code
Your refund will be processed within 4 – 7 business days after receiving the required customer information.
